Families whose children were kidnapped to the mountains by the terrorist organization PKK in Van continued their protests in front of the DEM Party Provincial Headquarters this week.
Families gathered on Menekşe Street, carrying Turkish flags and photographs of their children, and walked in front of the DEM Party Provincial Headquarters building.
Mothers and fathers, who have been protesting for years, called for their children to surrender.
Nazlı Sancar, who participated in the protest, told the press that she was protesting for her daughter.
Stating that he will not give up his struggle, Sancar said, "With God's permission and the power of our state, we will reunite with our children. Everyone should take responsibility. We want our children. I also speak on behalf of the mothers in Diyarbakır, Van, Hakkari and Muş. We want our children." he said.
