4 people were injured in the accident that occurred as a result of the collision of two cars on the road that was slippery due to rain in Karabük's Yenice district. It was learned that one of the injured, a 2-year-old child, was in life-threatening condition.
The accident occurred at around 20.30 in Cengiz Topel Boulevard, Merkez Mahallesi, Yenice district. According to the information obtained, the car with license plate 67 AS 294, driven by Ahu S., went out of control and crossed into the opposite lane on the road that was slippery due to rain. Meanwhile, the car collided with the car with plate number 74 BF 878, driven by Tutkun D., coming from the opposite direction. In the accident, Tutkun D., the driver of the car with plate number 74 BF 878, his wife Havva D. and their 2-year-old child Göktuğ D., and the driver of the other car, Ahu S., were injured.
Upon notice, health, police and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured were taken to Karabük Training and Research Hospital after the first intervention of the medical teams. It was learned that 2-year-old Göktuğ D., one of the injured under treatment, remains in serious health condition.
