The Kayseri Regional Court of Justice, which overturned the decision of the Nevşehir 5th Criminal Court of First Instance, re-examined the case and held a new hearing. At the end of the trial, the court ruled that the defendant nurse be banned from practicing the nursing profession for 6 months and be subjected to a judicial fine.
