In Zara district of Sivas, District Governor Malik Çalışır, Mayor Fatih Çelik and the district protocol met with the families of martyrs and veterans.
Speaking at the program held at Mehmet Habib Soluk Teacher's House, Çalışır said that the families of martyrs and veterans are always with them.
Emphasizing the importance of martyrdom and veteran status, Çalışır said, "We are grateful to you, our precious families, for the trust of our martyrs who gave their blood and lives to this land for the eternal existence of our country, and to our valuable veterans and their families who were injured in the defense of the homeland. May God have mercy on our dear martyrs and veterans who passed away, and I wish you a healthy and long life." he said.
Çalışır and Çelik then chatted with the families of martyrs and veterans and listened to their requests and wishes.
