Two people lost their lives as a result of the collision between a truck and a car in Kozlu district of Zonguldak.
The car with plate number 67 UA 738, driven by Yahya Nuray Ergin (81), collided with the truck with plate number 06 CAM 67, driven by N.A. (22), while entering the highway from the secondary road in Ilıksu location.
Due to the impact of the collision, the car crossed into the opposite lane and fell into the water canal.
In the accident, the driver and his wife Aysel Ergin (80), who was in the vehicle, were seriously injured.
Following the first intervention of the medical teams who arrived at the scene of the traffic incident upon notice, the injured were taken to Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN) Hospital.
