A new activity was carried out by the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command upon allegations that the suspects, known to the public as artists, actors, businessmen and managers, used drugs and stimulants, facilitated the use of drugs or provided space.
During the operation to capture the suspects, 25 people, including Sıla Gençoğlu, İlyas Yalçıntaş, Mehmet Fatih Aksoy, Ateş İnce, Şefik Ömer Dolman, Aybüke Aldere, Ayşe Nur Balcı, İrem Haznedar, Öner Faruk Işık, were detained by gendarmerie teams.
12 suspects, whose interrogations were completed at the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command and including famous names such as the famous singer Sıla Gençoğlu and İlyas Yalçıntaş, were referred to the Forensic Medicine Institute to take blood and hair samples. After the testing procedures, 12 suspects were taken to the courthouse to take statements from the prosecutor's office.
Suspects Mehmet Fatih Aksoy and Hazal Eylem İpek Şafak were released after their procedures at the gendarmerie and the Forensic Medicine Institute. Among the suspects sent to the courthouse, Ayşenur Balcı, Ömer Faruk Işık, Şefik Ömer Dolma, Orhan Yıldız and the famous singer İlyas Yalçıntaş, who had a precision scale in his home, were referred to the criminal judgeship of peace on duty with a request for "arrest".
The suspects, İlyas Yalçıntaş, Ayşe Nur Balcı, Orhan Yıldız and Şefik Ömer Dolman, whose judicial interrogations were completed, were arrested and sent to prison. Suspect Öner Faruk Işık was released on condition of judicial control. On the other hand, it was learned that some suspects' judicial proceedings are continuing.
