National athletes from Erzincan successfully represented Türkiye by winning 9 medals at the Istanbul Youth Open International Tournament held in Istanbul.
Athletes from Erzincan, wearing the national team jersey, won 3 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze medals in the organization held at Ata Sports Center.
Competing in the under-15 category, Kağan Erçetin won gold medals in men's singles and mixed doubles, while Asya Çınkır won gold in women's doubles and silver in mixed doubles.
Muhammed Efe Erçetin won the silver medal in mixed doubles and the bronze medal in men's doubles.
In the under-13 category, Elif Yağmur Uçar won the bronze medal in girls' doubles.
Competing in the under-11 category, Eylül Derin Akar and Maysa Çınkır won the bronze medal in the girls' doubles category.
